Hi,

The model number is - F5D7231-4

I did find on the back of the router a 'IC' and 'FCC ID' number.

If that doesn't work try accessing it when the pc is connected to the router via ethernet cable.
got into the site ....

its asking me in the security section , security mode wep or wpa? what would you guys suggest? cheers

edit - i choose wpa but its asking me to pick diff options i have no idewa about...

authentication: wpa-psk/wpa2-psk/

encryption technique?

password...blank

WPA definatly as its the most secure.

cheers for the help! I went thru the stages set a password - then tried to access the net and it asked for the password - accepted it and now im here :P - am I done now?
