Question [Answered] Comments on Netgear WGT 624 Wireless Router?

Considering this router based on specs and some reviews I read on the Amazon site. Will be running on a desktop (windows 2000 OS) with a cable modem. Any concerns or problems I should be aware of? Other hardware I should consider? Want to be able to connect laptop about150 feet away.

Hi there Art,

You may also want to look at Linksys as a manufacturer, preferred over Netgear by a few people 'round these parts
