Wireless Help - [Answered] making a desktop pc wireless posted in the Web & Networking forums; few problems though will it be able to pick up a decent signal from upstairs and as i play alot of online games are there chances of lag spikes....

You should have no problems at all in a normal 2 storey house. Personally, I always prefer to game online whilst securely connected to the router via an ethernet cable.

thats what i mean i play games like css bf2 Gw do you think i will have any problems with them.

It's difficult to say as I can't see your set up - it will be a case of trial and error, finding the best spot for the PC. I shouldn't think you'll have any/many issues with it tho.

yeah i think im gon order one and if i get a bad conection ill jst use it on my mums pc as she only checks emails n stuf so thanks guys
