Default [Pending] Router Help

Ok so 2 days ago my router stopped letting me connect to the internet, I thought something was wrong with the router itself so I bought a new one. And that one wouldn't connect either. I tried to get into the router from the address routers address and it wont even let me access that. Any clues as to what may have happened??

Have a read through the following articles:

Belkin : Support : F5D7230-4 - Unable to open the web-based configuration page.

Try a firmware update from here:
Belkin : Support : F5D7230-4 Firmware Update

If neither of the above work, and you still experience problems, try a factory reset on the router.

I can't even get into the router address to do a factory reset or to update the firmware.

There should be a button or a hole to do a reset.
