Hi Jamie,

If you go to Internet Explorer. In the address bar type 192.168.1.1

You will be able to access your router configuration there. Make sure all the logon settings are the same as your old router.

You should have a page that asks for your logon details, username, password etc? These are not static for everybody, and would have been supplied to your by your ISP.

If your sure these settings are correct, the next logical step would be to make sure that the connection from the router to your telephone socket is properly connected.

- At the router, unplug the telephone cable, and plug it into a phone to see if you have a dailtone.
- Make sure your using micro-filters at each telephone socket.
- If your using an extention lead, make sure that lead is PC compatible and not the cheap (2/core), which is only compatible with telephones.

Failing that, your best bet would be to contact you ISP, and run through and confirm your settings with them, just to be absolutely sure.
