Jamie,

- Can you go to Start, Run and type cmd.
- From the command windows, can you type msconfig /all
- Right click on the title, go to Edit, Select All.
- Right click on the title, go to Edit, Copy and then paste the results back here?

ive tried to do this, i type in cmd and a black window open up. but when i tpe in msconfig/all, it just comes up "msconfig is not recognised as an internal or external command operable program or batch file"
