Default [Resolved] - Wireless printer.....

Hi again.....
How do i connect my printer upto my wireless network?? I have added it to my wireless laptop but when i try and connect to it i get the message saying "opening" then it says "unable to connect".
When i go to the properties on the connection it says "the print spooler servise is not working". Any ideas??

Hi Lynn,

Not yet had the pleasure, so Welcome to the Forum!

If you go to Start > Run > Type CMD > From Command prompt, type net start RPCSS

Then, repeat the above steps and type net start spooler

You'll get a message if the service is already running. Have a look, and see if this helps at all.

Assuming your main PC is the one that has the printer installed to, then yeah.

"net start RPCSS"
"net start spooler"

Yeah, if you can't connect to the network, you shouldn't be able to connect to the printer. If you right click on My Computer > Properties > Computer Name - what domain are both the laptop, and desktop in?
