Keep in mind I dont want computers nor Xbox, etc hooked up...just 2 small PSPs that are pretty close to it.

Should be sufficient. You may experience some lag depend on your internet connection throughput (similar to bandwidth).

If you have any more questions let me know , i have a similar D-Link router myself!
