Default [Fixed] Slow Shutdown

I seem to be having problems with shutting down. The computer takes a long time to do it and it feels like it's hanging or waiting for a program to respond. I can't figure out which program though. I've shutdown as many programs as I could and it still seems to hang. Hoe do I figure out what's going on and how to fix it?

Hey there Smeek,

i had this problem about 2 months ago

what worked for me is

User Profile Hive Cleanup Service
Download details: User Profile Hive Cleanup Service

What's User Profile Hive Cleanup Service (UPHClean)?
Print - What's User Profile Hive Cleanup Service (UPHClean)?

Once you've installed it you don't need to do anything, and it should hopefully resolve your problem.
