HI if you have the norton antivirus 2004 it should be working.And another thing make sure there is absoulutly no spyware adware etc. is not on your computer.Because when I first ran sp2 i was haveing similar problems.But make sure all spyware and the sort are all of your computer.Spyware can hide really good in your system and you might think it's gone when it is not.I hope you get it running soon.
