Volcano some times adding new processes to a system slows the system down.

With XP it appears 512 mb RAM is not enough to run the system to a higher faster level.

Ok lets see if we can get you a little cleaned up and see if you can run a little faster.

How much free space do you have on your hard drive?

Lets give the computer a little cleanup:

http://www.pchelpforum.com/general-a...eaner-how.html

Open CCleaner/click cleaner button on left/click analyze/once analyze has finished click run cleaner button.

What speed is your RAM?

Speed of RAM can effect your computer performance.

Please ad your computer specs to your User CP and check box show others.

What games are you playing?

1) C: 7.60 GB D: 9.53 GB

2) How do you know memory speed with CCleaner? Do you mean CLEANING COMPLETE - (1.204 secs)?

3) Winning Eleven 7

If that is free space left on your hard drives it appears not much.

What is the actual full size of your hard drives?

Your issue maybe you need to free up space on your hard drives as that is what could be causing the slowness.

Lack of free space on your hard drive could casue virtual memory to act a little sluggish or act incorrectly.

Hard drives need a certain % of free space to run smoother and speedy.

Use this scanner to check your RAM:

Memory upgrades, flash media, and usb storage at Crucial.com

CCleaner doesnt check your RAM but cleans up temp files etc to give you more space on your hard drive,if your hard drive is pritty full it can slow down your computer.

If you have lack of free space you may consider backing up files to an external source such as an external hard drive,CD/DVD disks and so on then delete the files off your hard drives to free up space.

Uninstall older programs you no longer use.
