How to Remove "Eng Program" message?

hey...
When I shut down or restart my pc, it shows message to 'Eng Program' or wait . when I wait, the program become non responsive.
I just want to know, is there any way when i shut down my pc, all the running process automatically closed by their selves?

or some program do that so I just don't need to Press 'End Program' manually ?

What Operating System do you use?

If it is Vista, go to ControlPanel>Problem Reports and Solutions

and check there

when i was singing up to this form , it asks me very brief detail about my computer hardware & software. i thought every one can that detail.

Let me insert a little tidbit here.

Kitharass, there's a tickbox somewhere on the same page where you entered your system specs which requires a checkmark to allow others to see your system's components.

actually it's not a specific program which need to be End. some times it's yahoo messenger , while i close it before going shut down.
some times an unknown program which i cant' understand perhaps that can be registry or something else.

did u get it ?
