Ok I was messing with something trying to get my computer to sign directly on to
my usual account.

Being an idiot I was doing stuff I didn't know what to do and now somehow that account
has become the hidden admin and I have another useless one. To make it worse I cant
reach my files.

Can anyone help me retrieve that account or at least the files?

This sounds like a prob i have had before.

Put the computer in safe mode (Start, Run, type in msconfig, go to boot.ini tab, tick safeboot, close dialog box and restart when prompted to) When the PC restarted when i had the problem all user accounts were shown. When i was given instructions i was told to press ctrl+alt+delete twice at the welcome screen, so you may have to do that, but i didnt.

On the boot screen at anytime you can press ctrl alt del and it will bring up the screen were you can enter admin and password to login.
