changes of the daylight for example:
in next 24-10-2009 the hour will change for less hour

All you have to do is find the date of the second sunday in march or the first sunday in november.

i know that windows does that but i need know when the hour changes at least one week before.
The reason is that i admin of some devices that have internal clock and when the hour changes that devices simple don´t change and save records
with wrong hour and them i need change manually.the data/info that was recorded.

It's always starts and finishes at 02:00 AM in Australia, and you will probably find that this is the norm worldwide
