Just a thought:
If one has an OnBoard Video card AND small shared memory (AND if the PSU is not good?), is it possible to experience those symptoms? PLUS (happened to me, actually): How many devices are plugged into the same socket?

Actually I have installed Win Vista and there was no problem...but when I install XP the same problem continues. and I want to use Win XP
