Hi George,

Let's first do some housekeeping. You may want to review this document written by myself and the Tech Team Leader for some ideas on how to speed things up a bit

Can you define slow for us. Is it slow on the internet, slow starting, slow loading programs?
What do you load at startup?

With only 512 of ram it will be slow, as ram is so cheap you need at least a gig better still 2 gig that would make a huge difference.

Hi

Most likely you have a Desktop.
Why is it slow?

"It has 730MHZ,512 MG of Ram..."
