HELP! SOS! I installed a Canon Lide 20 driver and Gimpshop on a friend's Samsung X20 that has Windows XP home. It is now bluescreening and won't stay open long enough for me to uninstall. What do I do?????? I have been reading about uninstall from safe mode but don't know how to do that. The version is in German as well. She comes home tomorrow and I'd really prefer to have her computer working. Thanks!
