Every time I close IE (ver7) it gives me a

Runtime Error

Then i hit OK and this pops up

I have re set IE
installed Java Runtime Enviroment 6.0
installed Visual C++ Feature Pack Redistrabutable Package
checked in internet tools to disable script debugging
