Running a P4 3.4G CPU. On bootup I get the windows logo with the green bars running across the bottom. After about 14-16 times moving across the screen it freezes. I have managed to get it booting in safe mode (wasn't at first did chkdsk and fixboot in recovery console and safe mode works now). If someone could run me through figuring which driver/device/service is causing my issues I would be very grateful. I can not run sfc.exe in safe mode because RPC isn't running. I have ran malwarebytes to clean anything it found. HJT log attached.
