Hi,im a newbee my problem is im trying to load a fresh copy of XP on my pc.it loads ok but when i have to fill in the infomation IE : name and product key my keyboard wont work.i've tried everything i can think of including changeing keyboards but to no avail.can someone help please.

Are you using a USB or a PS2 keyboard? If it's USB you might try finding either a PS2 keyboard or using one of those little green USB to PS2 adapters that usually (at least they used to anyway) come with USB keyboards or mice.

This is a really stupid question Davo but you did make sure you plugged the PS2 keyboard into the Purple PS2 connector yes?
Stranger things have happened mate trust me.
