Hi there all,
Id like to install xp on my very old win 98se pc but i don't have much of an idea what hardware is in the 98se pc.
I think the hard disk has 120gb space but the ram is not more than 512mb.
Do i need to upgrade my hardware first or can i go ahead and install xp ?

The hard drive and memory are ample for installing XP.
I've run XP on a 266mhz and 128mb of ram before today. It was a bit slow though lol.

As an afterthought if you have a PIII or AMD equivalent at around 700mhz or more then you'll be ok.
