The system file under my processes tab just seems to be eating up a lot of my resources and is kind of killing what little performance my system has from what I can tell and its getting kind of annoying

As you can see, I tried googling the issue but I cant seem to come up with a solution, so im trying a new PC help forum to see if somebody can tell me what the heck is going on
