Hello,

I'm returning, this time with a baffling situation whereby a banner about system infection has been placed on my Desktop. Further, my attempts at accessing options on the Control Panel -- even trying to do the MalwareBytes search -- are being blocked by a "product" deposited on my PC called "Total Security."

I have a SONY VAIO computer.

Would you kindly have an alternative route to help clean this mess out?
