Default Virus/not able to log in windows. Help?

-This is a qoute - obviously. Since I was reading this topic just before and clearly I got exactly the same problem. I noticed some of you tech guys had some variant/interesting answers n possible solutions regarding this issue.

Long story short. As the post I just quoted - Few days ago my computer started acting really weird ( obviously because of some really bad viruses ) From one shutdown to the other, suddenly my computer started to cut the power " rebooting " around 10 secs. after I went past the windows login screen. It just kept on doing it over and over again.

I went to a friends computer and DL'ed a few programs to hopefully solve this problem! I was able to start my computer up running - SafeMode - and Scanned thro with a simple kaspersky removal tool and found around 6000 threads. Kinda chocking in my opinion. Anyway, 2 of them ( trojans ) needed a reboot to succesfully get deleted, and so I did.

Obviously one of the viruses was an infection inside some of the files which is being used by windows to be able to logon! So now I can't even get inside " safe/normal " mode. Nothing. After writing my password for my user it accepts it, goes on and then just reverses the process, making me go back to thethe same login screen once more. So it tries to login, fails and goes back.

I would really love some help regarding this problem! Since i'm in great trouble since I can't use my PC for the work i'm supposed to get done.. At the moment i'm sitting on a net-café, hoping for someone to hear my prayers!

Chris!

Thanks alot!

I'm afraid no. I can attempt to start it up in safemode, I see text etc. in the corners but it gives me a normal " originally " looking XP logon box, which I obv. need to pass..

It's scary!

You mentioned a log on box earlier before something mysterious happened.

Was this a password protected log on?

Hello Blaze..

You placed this single thing in 3 different Forums. I have merged them all here.

This serves no purpose and will not get you help any faster. Quite the contrary.. it confuses the issue you have.

Please keep this in mind for future posts... One question, one post in one thread...

As to your issue, this is clearly a malware problem... you need to click on the Prework link in my signature and run those programs. Be sure to update MBAM before running.

Once you have the resulting logs posted here, we will be sure that our great Security team takes a look just as soon as they can.

Thanks for your patience

Thanks for your response, Wolfeymole.

I ment that after the problem ( log in problems ) it wasn't the regular log in screen anymore.

Before the problem occoured my windows login screen was like moderated if u know what I mean. The whole screen was blue with the boxes with avatars in the middle.

Now there only shows up a little login box with the " old design " and the rest is just black screen. That's what I ment

As for your message, Sir Trews - I created this post 2 ( not 3 ) different places, just to set things straight The reason was - I'm new to this place and I discovered I might not put my topic/thread in the right forum! Besides that you're totally right, if that was the case. Peace!

BTW. How am I sposed to do PreWork etc. create logs n so on for yo guys if i'm not even cabable of logging into windows / getting online. On my own computer. I wonder...

And yea I might still have malware, but that's not concerning this problem. As I spoke of I think some of my basic windows files or something, has been deleted along with the " deletes " of my previous virus scan.

Anyone who might have some experience on this area? Where's the love
