Hello,
Can you kindly help me? I own a SONY VAIO computer with WindowsXP. The past couple weeks my system gets bombarded with Symantec E-mail Proxy message notices stating how particular messages could not be delivered. I have never even sent such messages.
The notices continue to pop up, interrupting my work on the computer, while also typically slowing down navigation.
Would you kindly be able to offer a suggestion on how to eliminate these notices? (Searching with MalWare Bytes doesn't seem to reveal any virus, either.)
Many thanks for your generous help and for all past assistance, too!!
Mike Parker in Pennsauken, New Jersey.

Hi Mike,
I know you've run MBAM but I'd like you to do the Prework (linked in my sig.) and post the resluting logs back here. Once you've posted them We can ask our excellent security team to check them to be absolutely certain that there's nothing lurking. When they are satisfied that there is nothing nasty on your pc they will pass you on to the Techs if needed. Thanks for your patience |

Hello and many thanks for your time and attenton.
While I was doing the scans, the boxed notices continued popping up like crazy. (I had checked the option boxes in advance, too.) Certainly, I didn't reboot yet, so that might make a difference. Attached are the log results. Again, all my thanks. Mike P.
