Default Windows XP Pro X64 edtion not logging in

hello there,
I have purchased a new workstation HP Xw4600 for our finance manager. I have joined it to the domain, now it doesn't allow log in to tyhe domain. It gives the message which says the domain is not available yet everybody else is logged in and working fine. Is there anything i have ommited or have tolook at? Please advice.

the problem of this is mainly the RPC. it fails and doesn't execute, thats why it denies authentication.

Hello Predator!

Could you provide the details from the Event Viewer error of this same issue?

That might help.

Are the user's authorities the same as all other users? Is your domain Century.bw?

and did you notice this line?

The reason the system could not register these RRs was because of a security related problem. The cause of this could be (a) your computer does not have permissions to register and update the specific DNS domain name set for this adapter, or (b) there might have been a problem negotiating valid credentials with the DNS server during the processing of the update request.
You can manually retry DNS registration of the network adapter and its settings by typing "ipconfig /registerdns" at the command prompt. If problems still persist, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator. For specific error code, see the record data displayed below.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at Events and Errors Message Center: Basic Search.

Have you tried the "ipconfig /registerdns" command suggested?
