It's looking for a device that is not connected but your software is looking for it.
Printer, Mobile phone, camera etc. Click on it and delete/uninstall it

So it's still looking for a device - let's refresh the USB ports:
Go: Start - Control panel - System - (tab) Hardware - Device Manager. At the bottom of that list that appears you should see: Universal Serial Bus Controllers, click on the + sign to expand it. (you can manage this with a keyboard by itself) You will see a list of your USB controllers, start from the bottom of the list, right click on each and select uninstall. If you have a USB keyboard and mouse at some stage as you uninstall they will stop working. Reboot the PC, if necessary by turning off the power If this happens start again from the top of the list.

Okay that's good - just means you have software looking for a device that isn't attached.
If you wish you could now start uninstalling all the software you don't use. Start with cameras and mobile phones. There is one alternative and that is you have a USB device attached which doesn't work because you need to load the software. To check this unplug ALL USB devices (apart from mouse & keyboard) & check again.
