Hi there!
Im currently trying to hook my Xbox up to my pc (or monitor).
Heres what I have in my arsenal: (see attachment)
In case you cant tell its a:

• d-sub to DVI converter
• d-sub to AV & female S-video
• S-video to HD converter.

My monitor is currently using DVI to connect to my graphics card (which has a spare DVI port and S-video port). My monitor is capable of HDMI, but would prefer not to buy the cable (would that even work?)

Anyway, ive tried plugging the x-box into the screen directly and changing the input to d-sub but no luck.

Their seems to be no instructions on the net of how to do this.

I have also tried plugging the AV converter into the HD to s-video converter (how that sounds complicated) which I then plugged into my graphics card but no luck their either (can AV be plugged directly into Hd ports?)

Anywho, Id really appreciate some help on this, as ive been trying for awhile.
Im open to any suggestions.

Just realised most of the ways ive been trying wont work because my graphics card is output not input. Silly me.
I guess that leaves me with connecting to my LCD screen, still need a hand if anyone can thanks
