Im suddenly having problems with my typing on the internet.
The cursor seems to be moving in reverse so that the words
are coming out backwards or messed up! Im writing this on a
notepad first and its fine. So the problem seems to be just on
the internet. I have been looking at some foreign sites
(non-english) so Im thinking that maybe my language settings
have been changed somehow(not by me!).

How do I change this back to normal, if indeed this is the
problem. Or any other ideas appreciated.

If you are using Firefox go to View / Character Encoding select Western (ISO-8859-1).

It will be a similar thing to change in other browsers...

Your seeing what is called writing from right to left. This is used by languages as hebrew that write their chars from the right side to the left side. You can even set excel from right to left and its almost like you view excel in a mirror.

You only need to find the setting in your browser to correct the problem.

Thankfully the problem solved itself after a couple of reboots.

While Im here; is it possible to type in Russian using normal keyboard?

Obviously they use different letters so presumably the keyboard letters take on a different symbol?
