Hello Apemax17, Welcome back to the forum!
I've done a bit or research and it seems there are many people out there who have had the same issue but not many solutions to see! One thing I did read was someone discovered that it was connected with a USB device they had in their PC. You should try it with all non-necessary USB plugs in and try coming out of hibernation then. If you have no joy do not worry, I'm sure one of the great techs here will be able to help you! Regards, Smokeycheech

Apemax,
As Smokey said, USB devices can be the cause of this. But it's also worthwhile to ensure that you are up to date on all patches - Microsoft AND the manufacturer There are often manufacturer patches to resolve issues like this

Please open Device Manager by Right Clicking on My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager
DELETE any entry under Universal Serial Bus Controllers that has a yellow !. Reboot and allow Windows to assign the correct driver for your USB device. If there are no entries with the yellow !, there is no harm in removing all entries under Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Windows will reassign all following a reboot.
