Default problem with svchost

hello!

i have a problem with svchost on my xp, but lets start from the beggining!

first of all - i've searched all other the internet to find a solution about my problem, but no luck... its not the problem with windows update (turn off automatic update, reboot, update manualy, turn on automatic update), its not the problem with high "mem usage" and its not the other problems that i've found on the web. the problem is that when i am starting my pc - i get this message - "svchost.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." but everything works fine after that! all programs works, internet works, i am not getting this message again and everything seems to be fine. by the way - if i unplug internet cable and start my pc - this error message doesn't pop out, but if i plug back internet cable - this error message shows!

i've scanned my pc with mcafee, malwarebytes' anti-malware, but the problem still exist... could it be because i am not installing "genuine microsoft software" to check if my windows is genuine (im not installing it because i know i won't pass it). anybody knows what could be the problem? thanx...

Welcome to the Forum XTC.

It is very likely that the issue lies in your not having a geniune Windows software.

If you can get a real version.. borrow, or buy, if need be, we can proceed..

SVCHOST errors are harder to diagnose without good logs because, in many cases, there are so many of them running on one system.. each has a purpose..

I'm sure our talented Techs will be able to figure something out for you.

As an aside.. please refrain from using the text you chose for this post.. let the Forum do it's thing.. it makes it easier for all to read.

Thanks for your patience
