i just bought and installed "the witcher" and same thing happend

wii fixed it
 i did the system backthingy where u restoer the pc to an older state thank god i use it every week found 1 in april and wiiihii works  thx for all help guys!

oki u can remove this thread now :P
after alot of playing around on the computer i noticed that the game wasnt working when some program was on, so i shut down all apps and started the game and then started them 1 after another... turned out that it was my dumb K.Sky lab avg, so i just added an exception for it to allow the exe files and voila problem solved
