Default Windows Not loading - Need Help ASAP

I broke up with my girlfriend about 2 months ago.
Apparently she put a lock on my d:/ Drive.
I have very important important stuff on that drive, but I don't neet do access it that often. Well I needed to access it on Monday, and got a message that Drive is not accessible. after desperately trying to figure out what was going on, my friend suggested that my ex might have done something to my computer. I called her and she admitted that she put one of the file locking programs on my computer and locked my drive.
She doesn't remember which program she used, or a password.
anyway after several days of trying to find a way to get my drive back.
I took the HD out and put it in another computer, the drive letter D: had changed to f: and was still inaccessible So used a win ME floppy to try and see if the drive was accessible thru dos, unfortunately it was not.
So I put my HD back in the original computer, and went to boot it up, and I get an error saying disk does not contain operating system, replace and strike anykey when ready.

Please I need my old computer to boot up, and I need my d: drive back also.
AVAST can read the info on the d: drive as I scanned it and saw I the files it was scanning. so if avast can break the lock to scan it for virus', surely there is a recovery program out there, isn't there?
But I really need to get my computer up first. I guess when I put my HD in the other computer, it changed the drive letters and now my old computer can't find the C:/windows.
Thanks in advance
Raso

Thanks for the responses Ilya, and smokey.
I igured out why my puter wouldn't boot. I hooked it up to the wrong ide cable. LOL do that part is fixed.
Ilya- Win XP is the OS
Hi I went to the sight and I can't afford to lose the data on the drive.
Also I have been out of work since October, and can't afford to buy anything right now. I also looked at the AFF Repair station but can't buy that now either
I could do a wipe with my xp and delete partitions, and creat bnew ones, but I would lose the data.
There has to be something out there.
