But I'm looking for a plain Windows XP CD for Rich. He's got his license key, just doesn't have the CD in hand. Although the specs may be helpful later on. Appreciate your input!

Nope, sadly.
His license key isn't good for an XP SP2 version. It needs to be plain, jane XP (no SPs). I might have located one though. Thanks!
