Hello and welcome it may depend if the files are read only or not shared.

I have marked your thread as "Open" to receive some help from the guys and girls of the forum.

Hey Mata,

My welcome to PCHF as well. First is it the files that you are getting the access denied error message on, or the user account?

If it is the files, then it may be as simple as a permissions issue.

Is there some reason that you cannot delete the files from the account itself?

Your answers will make it easier to assist you in troubleshooting your issue. Looking forward to your reply,
