Not sure what bios you have, but more than likely it is performing a memory test prior to booting hard drive. F1,F2,or delete to get into your bios at startup and turn off the memory test option or you may have a quick boot mode somewhere within the bios. Good luck.

Hello and welcome to PCHelpForum.

Are you able to explain a little more for me please?

When it goes past the loading bar what do you see on screen?

Do you see your processor listed?
Memory etc?
Maybe just a blinking cursor?

Have you tried restarting the machine and repeatedly tap F8 and choose last known good config or safe mode? This may take a few restarts.

Have you tried removal of the BIOS battery for two minutes replace it and restart the computer?

Do you get any beeps?

after it loads then it comes to the window loading screen, everything is fine after window loads up but its getting annoying that the startup is so long
