Default Outlook 2003 Freezing - Did PreWork page

I followed in detail the PreWork page instructions and have posted the logs below.

I initially found the problem in Outlook 2003. It continually freezes up on me and ends up not responding. I have to close it through Task Manager. I can open it (although it takes a very long time) but it usually freezes when it is starting to download my latest e-mails.

I thought maybe I needed to move some of the archived e-mails and tried to export some of the .pst files but it freezes up on me there also.

When I go to Task Manager to close Outlook, it appears two Outlooks are running.

The same is true now with IE as it is freezing up on me. It also shows what appears to be two IEs running when I go to Task Manager to close it.

I have tried to uninstall Office 2003 and reinstall but I'm still having the same freezing/extremely slow opening of Outlook & IE.

Here are the logs:

Malwarebytes found nothing and from looking at your log this does not look like a malware problem so I will move you to another forum.

OK, still having the Outlook 2003 issue. I can open it - although it is VERY slow. Every time it says "the datafile 'Archive Folders' was not closed properly. This file is being checked for problems." This takes several minutes to process (5-6 minutes).

When it does finally open, the dialogue box "Windows Installer" pops up and it says it is "preparing to install...," even though I've already installed Office 2003 Small Business.

Finally, it gets all the way to where it starts downloading e-mails. It downloads about 2-3 and then freezes, again.
