Ok, well I tried going into safe mode. It wouldnt let me access the accounts or anything so I couldnt make a new admin account. And, I tried to just install Yahoo Messenger, I thought it was going to work there for a second but then another error message came up saying something about, it couldnt download certain files or something and that my firewall settings had something to do with it. So, I checked my firewall settings and it is turned on. Should I turn it off and try to install?

Well you can try anything you want. I just don't think it will work not for other installations.

You might want to try putting an XP disc in

and clicking Start > Run > type in CMD and click OK

Then type sfc /scannow

Also try doing a repair installation on your operating system. Put the XP CD in the drive and press any key when prompted. Follow the onscreen instructions to repair.

Might be worthwhile backing up your files and formatting. Takes 1-2 hours and could be your only option. Next time don't delete user account folders. Or if you do, make sure you have at least one admin account left.

Can you borrow an OEM version of XP from a friend or family member and reinstall windows?

OEM install disk is a disk that came supplied with a new computer.
