Hi Crush, the router is a D-Link DSL-G624M Wireless 108G MIMO ADSL2/2+

Don't forget I said that logging into the router from a different PC does not show the problem.

Hello Parent. What a situation! Aren't teenager's wonderful? ;-)

Please consider the following two options as possible fixes:

1) “C:\Documents and Settings\your-profile\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook”
Delete or rename all *.nk2 files at this location

This typically limited to Outlook clearing the Outlook autocomplete addressing though.

OR

2) What about taking the problem computer's IE settings back to Default? Worth a shot? This will disable ALL add-ins. They will either need to be re-enabled manually or reinstalled.
In IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Restore Advanced Settings & Reset (down at the bottom)

Best of luck.

Thanks DCiAdmin,

Sorry for late reply, I have been working away.

Now, I found out a little more info, and found the problem, not sure why though.

It appears they were tinkering with new email addresses or chat profiles or similar.

I am a bit embarrassed to say that I found this before I went away and have since forgotten the technical details of what I did to clear it!

But it was something to do with User Accounts ... .Net or passports or similar... making any sense?

I found these names listed in there, used the feature to remove them, then bingo! They had disappeared from the Router Log-in.

What I fail to understand is why did they only show up in the router login?

Anyway, sorry for the delay, and the poor feedback on what I did.

Thanks again, P60
