Default turns off (have to pull cord out wait green light)

Hello

My Computer turns its self off all the time and sometimes it can go for days or hours and its fine. It usally turns off when i am playing a game on a cd or sweeping with spy cleaner etc. It used to let me do spy cleaner but not any more. The computer dosn't have a virus i dont think what do you think. It getting annoying it does it all the time even when moving files now it never used to be that bad.

Also the only way to turn on the computer is to take out the cord wait for green light to turn off and then it works again.

Hello Mono36 and Welcome to the Forum!

Please click on the Speedfan link in my signature and install this program.

Add a screenshot of the temps that it displays, if at all possible.

This sounds like you might have an over heating issue, but lets see what Speedfan has to say first.

Ok then.

How about you just type in the information that Speedfan gives you.

That will give us a place to start.
