when listening to music or watching a film the audio and video kind of stutters like slows down for about 3 seconds every minute its quite annoying can anyone help me diagnose the problem

What are you using to play these files?Windows media player or another?

Are these files from some were like Youtube or from a CD/DVD?

Please post further information and as full as possible with any error codes you may receive.

hi thanks for your reply im using windows media player 11 the music is just downloaded mp3s and it does it with youtube videos,dvds,mp3s,cd any media i play including games

Bizzy are you on dialup or cable broadband?

What is your internet speed?

The downloaded MP3 players could be a number off issues especialy if they are downloaded from shareware sites.

cable broadband and im not sure it says 54mbps on the computer icon on the bottom right of my screen and thanks ill try them
