Windows XP/2000 - Windows Update problem (with IE7?) posted in the Operating Systems forums; Whew! I just got it...one of the .dll's associated with cryptographic services was missing (dssenh.dll). Got that off of dlldump, registered it, and voila, we have 128 bit encryption again! ...

Whew! I just got it...one of the .dll's associated with cryptographic services was missing (dssenh.dll). Got that off of dlldump, registered it, and voila, we have 128 bit encryption again!
