I have an HP DV1000

It crashed and won't load. I keep getting the blue screen that says "unmountable boot volume"

I can't load in Safe Mode, Safe Mode w/ networking, Safe Mode Command Prompt or anything else.

I have received the restore CD's from HP but they won't load. I have made sure that the CDRom boots before the hard drive and even disabled booting from the Hard Drive.

Please help. I don't know what else to do.
