This is obviously a hardware problem.
I don't/won't guess.

Recommend taking the computer to a good repair shop.
Let them know about the discrepancies.
Print out the thread, if necessary.

thanks ill try that but can u just take a look at this, i started playing a game and this was the temp chart.

I will try to explain the obvious to you.

Your computer is dual core.
It is currently working on one CPU.
Most games today expect dual core functionality.
Your one CPU is trying to do the work of two and is burning itself up.
If you keep this up, you will soon need a new Dual Core CPU and probably a new PSU.
