update. i took the computer completely apart and switched the motherboard with a new one. had to spend a while knocking off the CPU from the heatsink..
the new motherboard was retarded so it didnt work so now im back to suqare 1..
i have managed to get the whole compiter cool, i took off the side, front, broke off the back, broke off the other side so its just a skeleton with 5 fans blowing in all directions + by the open window spilling in cold winter air.
Its not the video card.
Its not the CPU.
Its not the Monitor.
Its not the Software (just reformatted)
Could it be the motherboard?
The display seems to get fuzzy and nuclear bomb from hell after the first 30 minutes of use. Once I restart the computer it is back to normal and it is back again 25-35 minutes latter.
Get the real tech team out here, this is a wh0re of an experience.

I think you've answered your question Black in that it would appear by all indications that your motherboard is the culprit.

yes i know im inswering my own questions as im going on, i guess im using this topic as a situation list to deter the problem.
im actually moving twords my monitor being the culprit because i left the computer running, skeleton case, 5 fans, 3 bags of ice and this n1gga is FROZEN, my feet get cold when they are even near the computer! So i left the computer running for an 2 hours without the monitor hooked up and the power off. I came back expecting once i hook the monitor back up that the screen would be malfunctioned again but it wasnt. and is not. so now i am faced with two suspects: Monitor Motherboard Being that the computer was left on activated the screen to power down as an option after the first 15 minutes, so i had the screen unplugged so the computer disabled the display anyway. To find out who is causing the problem i am disabling all screen savers, etc. and allowing the computer to RUN with a 3D game on without the monitor. So next time i plug the monitor in, and the screen is malfunctioned - the culprit is the motherboard. If the screen is plugged back in and there is no malfunction - the monitor is the culprit. next post will have the solution.

Congratulations on figuring out the trouble! Quick question, is the monitor cord removable? Not the power cord, but the one that goes to the computer. It could be the connections are bad and the monitor could be saved.
Just a side note to anyone else following this thread . . . 1) Some computer chassis are designed to create a draft within the box (when the fans are properly installed and functioning). Removing all the panels defeats the purpose of this design, though you can still reduce the temperature of the components in a lot of creative ways. 2) An accumulation of dust on circuit boards can complete circuits the same as a jumper. 3) Dust is highly flammable! Leaving the chassis open can create a very real fire hazard. 4) Eating food thawed anywhere but in a refrigerator or in a microwave can set you up for a nasty case of food poisoning. Just a friendly public service announcement from someone who obviously has too much time on her hands.
