Programs Won't Open?
Hey guys, back once again with another problem. My sister's computer has probably been infected with a virus. She'd do the prework, but she can't open any programs. Tried to open her anti-virus(avast!) which won't open. Tried Internet Explorer and that didn't open either. Any ideas?

Ok,running in safe mode and scanning computer right now.Going to bed and I'll report back in the morning what's up.

Well she didn't tell me if her computer found anything(probably not,otherwise she would've told me) but seems the programs are up and running again o.O
