I'm not exactly sure your following the instructions properly here. HijackThis does not search for malware. It logs everything absolutely everything that is starting/running on your PC. It's up to the security team here to determine if any of that is actually malware or not. You also mentioned memtest took 50 minutes, yet memtest does not end until you actually stop it. It will continue to perform various passes / different tests. Normally a good idea to run at least 3 passes, or leave it run overnight.

I was just dealing with a Service Pack 3 installation issue just a few days ago. It turned out to be Symantec Anti-Virus. Not exactly sure why yet, prehaps it identifies SP3 as a virus, and attempts to stop the installation - still investigating. I believe both of your issues are most likely caused by third party software, or malware on your PC as suggested by the Wolf.

but how!? I fully reinstalled my pc and problem persisted... I had previous exp with hijackthis and I was talking about malware scanner... I think I'll try again

Ermm i fully reinstaleld my pc, got everyhting updated... So far 6 hours no crash.
