I haven't changed my PC configuration for a long time. About a week ago my computer froze, and ever since I just can't get it to boot windows. They would only boot in safe mode or safe mode with networking.

I tried to boot them with the last working settings. Nothing. I formatted the disc and installed new windows on the disk, but still after the loading sequence the screen goes black and computer stops loading windows.

I used recovery tools, checked the disk etc., still nothing.

Could anyone give me some directions in solving this problem please?

try taking out your ram one by one, video cards, nic cards, take notes on each thing you take out and the outcome
