Default Files Won't Delete

I've got 2 MP3 files that just won't delete. I think they got corrupt when I moved them from one folder to another. This is the message that's coming up when I try to delete them:-

Error Deleting File or Folder

Cannot delete [filename]:
Access is denied

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and the file is not currently in use.

I know that my drive is not full and the file(s) are not currently in use so how can I delete them?

I tried to delete them in safe mode and also tried in "Administrator" account but still won't delete.

Thanks

Hi Paul and welcome to the forum.
You could use "Unlocker" it's available here UNLOCKER 1.8.7 BY CEDRICK 'NITCH' COLLOMB
It's worth a look

Go here and get MoveOnBoot, install it and then when you right mouse click on the files you can then then select them to be removed on the reboot of the computer.

Download MoveOnBoot 1.95 - Allows you to copy, moves or delete files on the next system boot - Softpedia

Or an alternative is Unlocker, similar deal as MOB...
