Hello braves, To help our techs give a good diagnosis could you answer these questions
What does the error message say?
What options have you tried?

I'll also mark this as open to encourage the Techs and also our brilliant members to respond

error msg: we apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start sucessfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this. etc. It says to choose last known configuration.
Nothing happens, it just keeps recycling back to the same error msg.

Hi,

Did you update drivers recently? If you did and can remember which one...boot into Safe mode and use the driver rollback facility in the Device Manager.
